My son recommended this product, he just made his office paperless, he loves the lack of clutter paper documents create. I keep the scanner plugged into the computer and when I want to scan I just put the document into the scanner and push the button, It is scanned, the computer screen shows the choices, i indicate the destination and it's done. I don't know why anyone would be disappointed in t his product.
There is a carrier sheet for items that are too wrinkled or whatever to go through scanner.
Whatever the media, business cards, letters, photos, they're scanned perfectly. I'm so impressed with this product! It works fast. NO more files of paperwork, if I need a hard copy, I just print it. All my bills are scanned and the originals trashed. My business cards are now all in my address book program, I can find them by keyword or name. You designate where they go on your computer, and it instantly it's done. This is the most amazing scanner!! I don't know how I lived without it!! You simply put in the documents, and it holds MULTIPLE documents, push one button, and it quickly scans them.
